There are about 20 (Twenty ) lakhs of converted Christians in Kerala.To bring them to the mainstream of our Social and Economic development,the government intends to form a commission which will study the various aspects of the measures required.As an interim step I gladly announce an aid package for Rupees 5 crores.'
